Congratulations to 50 for the Future composer Nicole Lizée, who was awarded the 2019 Prix Opus for Composer of the Year by the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec and the Conseil québécois de la musique. The $10,000 prize was presented this past weekend by Anne-Marie Jean, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Conseil, at the Opus Awards Gala in the Bourgie Hall of the Musée des beaux-arts in Montréal.
