Bay Area Educational Concerts

This month, we're excited to be collaborating on three special 50 for the Future–focused educational concerts with the Exploratorium, Cal Performances, and San Francisco Conservatory of Music, as well as with student ensembles from Berkeley High School, Crowden Music Center's Crowden School, Oakland School for the Arts, San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and San Francisco Unified School District’s George Washington High School (San Francisco), Lowell High School and Ruth Asawa San Francisco School of the Arts.

The concerts will feature performances of works from Kronos' 50 for the Future. Concert details are below:

Jan 13 / San Francisco, CA // Exploratorium
Noisy Machine
(three acoustic concerts on the exhibit floor; free with purchase of All-Day Ticket[s])

Jan 25 / Berkeley, CA // Cal Performances
Kronos Quartet; Fifty for the Future (multimedia concert with special guest Soo Yeon Lyuh and East Bay student ensembles)

Jan 30 / San Francisco, CA // San Francisco Conservatory of Music
Kronos Quartet with SFUSD and SFCM students (free with RSVP, a program of KRONOS PRESENTS/Kronos Performing Arts Association)

San Francisco Conservatory of Music and Ruth Asawa San Francisco School of the Arts are both Legacy Partners with Kronos' 50 for the Future.
