In Residence at Esterhazy Palace

Kronos has been in residence at Esterházy Palace this week coaching the Rolston String Quartet and Esmé Quartet on 50 for the Future works. The young groups will open for Kronos later this week with pieces by Rhiannon Giddens, Soo Yeon Lyuh, Tanya Tagaq, and Aleksandra Vrebalov as part of the Herbstgold - Festival in Eisenstadt.

Later in the evening, Kronos will revisit "Beyond Zero: 1914-1918: A work for quartet with film" by composer Aleksandra Vrebalov and filmmaker Bill Morrison. Learn more about Beyond Zero here >
